Return Policy

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).

We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the return shipping address of our warehouse based on your location.

Received wrong layout/version

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and tracking number written/printed on paper. Email this to us at within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you.

Order cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that cancellations are not available. It is imperative that you double-check and confirm the accuracy of both the shipping address and the selected product before finalizing your purchase. Any discrepancies or errors in the product choice or shipping details are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please be advised that we cannot assume liability for any issues arising from incorrect product selection or shipping address information. It is crucial that you exercise utmost diligence during the ordering process to avoid any inconvenience.

Groupbuy Refunds

If you would like to cancel your order/groupbuy spot, please submit a ticket before the groupbuy closes. We will review your request and process the refund as soon as possible.

Note: A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

After the groupbuy has closed, refunds and cancellations are not allowed. This is because after the groupbuy has ended, the order is immediately paid to the manufacturer. Delays can occur with any groupbuy, and are not a reason to cancel, as they are communicated on our Discord.

Refunds (if applicable)

18% restocking, shipping, and processing fees are applied on all applicable orders. It generally takes up to 5 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
